Licensed in Japan
A licensed Japanese secondhand dealer
Trading in pre-owned goods in Japan requires a government-issued secondhand dealer license (古物商許可), granted by the Public Safety Commission. Tokyo Vault operates under this license — the same legal framework that governs Japan's most established dealers.
