European Union Import VAT and duty calculated at checkout and prepaid by us. No carrier brokerage fees on delivery.

Day 0 — Final check

Your piece is re-inspected, photographed one last time, and sealed with its certificate in discreet, unbranded packaging.

Day 1 — Dispatch

Shipped from Tokyo via FedEx Priority or DHL Express, insured for the full purchase value. Tracking sent the same day.

Days 2–4 — Customs

We prepare and prepay all export and import paperwork. You are never contacted by customs, and never billed by the carrier.

Day 5 — Delivery

Signature required. Inspect your piece — you have 14 days to return it for a full refund, no questions asked.

The fine print, in plain words

Is the shipment really insured for full value?
Yes — every parcel is insured for 100% of the purchase price from our door to yours. If anything happens in transit, you are refunded in full or the piece is replaced.
How do returns work from the US or Europe?
Email us within 14 days of delivery. We send you a prepaid, insured return label. Refund is issued within 5 business days of the piece arriving back in Tokyo, in original condition.
Is the packaging discreet?
Completely. Plain outer box, neutral sender name, no mention of watches, luxury or value on the label.
Can I ship to a different address than my billing address?
Yes, after identity verification — a standard step for high-value shipments that protects both of us.
